Krishanti Dharmaraj

Krishanti Dharmaraj is a South Asian–American human rights practitioner with over 25 years of experience advancing gender and racial justice. She is the founder of the Dignity Index, a methodology and process to prevent and remedy structural discrimination, and Dignidad360, an innovation lab to increase safety for women and girls in both public and private spheres. She has co-founded WILD for Human Rights, initiated the US Human Rights Network, served as Western Regional Spokesperson for Amnesty International USA, and formerly led the Center for Women’s Global Leadership (CWGL). Most recently, she served on the Governing Board of the UN Spotlight Initiative, representing civil society.
