Vivien Thalayasingam

Vivien Thalayasingam is a Chartered Global Management Accountant with more than 40 years of experience in financial management across the commercial and nonprofit sectors in Sri Lanka. She oversees the organization’s financial management, ensuring sound financial practices, compliance with donor requirements, and the transparent stewardship of organizational resources.

Vivien is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA UK), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK), and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. Throughout her career, she has held senior finance positions with leading international development and civil society organizations, including USAID Sri Lanka, Transparency International Sri Lanka, and the International Centre for Ethnic Studies.

Her expertise includes financial management, donor compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, and the development of robust financial systems that support organizational effectiveness and accountability.
